How do I register for a race?
Open any event, pick your category, and follow the checkout steps. You’ll get a confirmation — and your bib details — the moment payment goes through.
Where can I find my registrations?
Everything lives under “My registrations” in your account menu. Your full race history is there too, including past results.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds depend on the organizer’s policy for each event. If a race offers refunds, you can request one from your registration; otherwise reach out to the organizer directly.
How do I become an organizer?
Head to “For organizers” and create your organization. Once set up, you can publish events, manage registrants, and receive payouts.
What payment methods are accepted?
Loop supports cards and popular e-wallets through our secure payment partner. You’ll never need to share card details with us directly.
I didn’t get my confirmation — what now?
Check the email and phone number on your account first. If it’s still missing after a few minutes, email support@loopevents.ph and we’ll sort it out.
